1.
Auction is open and all items can be bid on until CLOSING COMMENCES
at 9:00 PM of day of listed auction (SATURDAY, June 26, 2010) or when and until a 15 minute period thereafter
has passed without a bid being raised by telephone. A busy signal
means the auction is still active. In the past, bidding has continued
until well after 2:00 AM, EST.
NOTE: In order to have the option of bidding past 9PM you must have
at least one bid on any item by 7 PM on Auction day, so remember to
bid early! INTERNET: To bid via the Net you must have both a bidders
number & a password. |

2. A 15% Buyer's Premium , discounted to 12 % for cash, check or money order, is added to each successful bid. |
|
3. To bid & find out current high bids call us at 212-505-2455//8301. You may bid upon receipt of your catalog by internet, phone & fax! Opening bids are half the low estimate. In the event of a tie bid, the earliest received will be successful. If we receive a mail/fax bid which is over the current bid, but not by a 10% increment, we will raise your bid to the appropriate amount. Be sure you confirm any FAX BIDS with us! (Bidding
by mail is not recommended) |

4. Your bid must exceed the current high bid by at least 10%. There is a minimum advance of $10. |
|
5. You may bid as
many times as you like, as there is usually multiple bidding on each
lot. |
|
6. CALL BACK OPTION:
Available only if your bid is the "high" bid after 6 PM
Auction night and the value of that is $200 or greater. In the event
that your bid has been exceeded we will call you back. Due to typical
heavy Auction Evening activity, this may be at 1 or 2 AM or later!
We will make every effort to reach you, we cannot guarantee that will
be in a timely fashion. We recommend that you leave "ceiling
bids" or contact us at regular intervals. Note: Final
Call backs often continue after the Online auction has closed, so
it is important you leave a ceiling bid or request a call back! |

7. Left Bids: If you are unavailable the night of the auction or do not want to stay up, we can place bids on your behalf. Opening bids are half the low estimate. Merely call us or write us and indicate "ceiling bid(s)," the top price you are willing to pay for each lot. We will advance you by increments of 10% against the "live" phone bidders only as your bid is topped. In the event that your ceiling bid is short the high bid by 9% or less we will add that amount to your bid. Left bids lots will be purchased for the lowest possible price under their limit. |

8. Barring gross error
in the representation of condition, origin, or description. All Sales
Are Final! Regarding condition; if you have any questions, please
call us regarding any details. Description or condition reports will
not be available on Auction Day. We provide minimum written descriptions,
we urge you to call and inquire as to specific condition details. |
9. PAYMENT: Successful bidders will receive an invoice by email as well as US post. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. If there is a payment problem contact us immediately!
Credit Card, Cashiers checks & Postal Money order payments insure immediate, first come first serve shipment. Check payments will delay shipping, by two weeks. Funds must be in US dollars drawn against a US bank, or a collection charge will be applied. NY residents are subject to 8.65% sales tax unless a NYS resale form has been presented. Successful bidders will receive an invoice by email as well as US post. PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE and should be received no later than 10 business days of the auction close. If there is a payment problem contact us immediately! |

10. Shipping charges, which includes
protective packing and insurance, are extra. International shipments:
When and\or where you request low value or no insurance for duty purposes,
we are not responsible for lost items. Minimum cost for Domestic Shipping
is $10.00. |

11. Condition, descriptions,
terminology and estimates, as represented in the catalog, are done
in good faith. Authenticity of any internal mechanism or part not
readily visible cannot be guaranteed, nor do we assume any responsibility
for any electrical apparatus. We also cannot guarantee clocks or watches
once they leave our possession. We are not responsible for unintentional
omissions. We strongly urge you to call us for complete & detailed
descriptions, which we will gladly provide up to Auction Day! |

12. Returns\Adjustments\Credits
Requests for adjustments or returns MUST be made within five (5) business
days of receipt and will only be considered if the item or items in
question are damaged or not as represented in the catalog. There will
be no exceptions and any item returned without our authorization will
be refused. Collection Liquidators has final say on all disputes.
Bidder also agrees and will reimburse Collection Liquidators for any
subsequent costs incurred to settle any dispute deemed in "CLA's"
favor. |

13. Bids cannot be canceled for any
reason. A bid is a legal contract to purchase. Placement of a bid
indicates acceptance of all these terms & conditions stated herein. |

listed in description, keys are not provided with toys, nor are
picture frames or mattes provided with paintings. These are sometimes
placed in photos to show the item in a certain context. |
